Absolutely awful experience. I was approved for a loan but they were unable to have me sign remotely. 2 weeks later when I was able to make travel arrangements they all of a sudden decided not to approve the loan. When I questioned the change I was told my credit report changed. It did, but it improved. They were not interested in helping figure this out. When I spoke to Betty, who originally approved the loan, she was instantly rude that I was questioning the change and chose to hang up on me mid sentence. I think someone needs some training in customer service and manners. I may not have a perfect credit score, but I’m a customer nonetheless and have the right to ask questions, especially when a change doesn’t make sense. I will not be recommending this bank ever. That afternoon another bank gained my business. Your loss.

This place is awesome! Had a bad experience with a dealer that they financed me through, called them and was able to return that vehicle and get financed for a new one. Saul and Ms. Betty are just amazing. They went above and beyond to help when they didn’t have to. I’ll definitely recommend LENDMARK of Burleson to anyone who’s looking to get financed. They were really great and were able to quickly get me approved for a travel trailer when the dealership was unable to assist me. The entire office was very friendly and they had soda's and snacks for my kids. Their app needs some work, but I can still pay through my phone and get electronic statements. Small town vibes that make you feel like family.

I would not recommend this place for a loan. They act like they don’t want your business. They ask for more statements than any lender I have ever encountered. Also, we got approved for one loan and when we decided we wanted something cheaper we all of sudden were not approved! We ended up going with a different lender.

Landmark of Montgomery, Al paid for my car 5-6 years ago. Up until now in Texas I’m having an issue with receiving a loan. They spend the last month calling me back to back (landmark) asking if I wanted to add an extra $1000 to my loan (because I was close to finishing and they want more money) I just moved to Texas and in the hole because you know moving is hard. Up until now I declined the extra 1000, now that I need it I can’t get it.
5-6 years of 100% payments paid and on time that’s why you all want more of my business but now I don’t make enough ……THEN WHY DO YALL KEEP CALLING ME

What’s the point of a loan if I can’t get it when I need it but you can only get it when you don’t financially need it?
So now I’m going to finish off the wall bit of mold. I have left with them yet apparently cause of the dumb data sheet I can’t afford another loan ( even though the Montgomery branch has giving up to $3000 in the last three years because of my history with them) I’m going to finish off this loan and they won’t have business with me any longer instead of giving the $1000 and gaining an extra year of interest….bad business move
