One of the best banks I have ever dealt with. Have multiple accounts with them and while there have been a few hiccups over time, I have been quite pleased with the service they give. Always nice when the tellers know you by name!

If you don't live in this town, they won't help you. You can have your ID, passport, whatever but they will be too lazy to call and verify your account details. They gave me 3 different reasons as to why I could not get cash - said they could only use my card as credit, so I agreed then they said it wouldn't work with their system so I reminded them their bank cards are Visa but they remained it wouldn't work despite not even trying, then said it was against their policy to let me use it as debit but that I could go to the ATM. The whole point is trying to avoid the ATM fee since they are a partner bank and I would still have to use the PIN number if withdrawals inside. Small town, small functioning.

I’ve been banking with CNB for about 15yrs or so. I have always had a pleasurable experience whether it be getting a mortgage, 90 day note, or even just walking in to deposit money. The staff from the tellers to the VPs all make you feel great as soon as you walk into the door. I’ve dealt with Reed for ALL of my money needs now for 10yrs and it’s been great. Very knowledgeable about what can and can’t be done and gives you all information needed to make sure you know what’s going on and how this particular loan will affect the rest of your finances so you don’t get into a bind. I’ve bought 3 houses and sold two and each time has been better than the last time going through my hometown bank. Fast closes and other great experiences is the reason why I’ll never bank anywhere else.

This bank has it all, from great customer service to a easy to use website and mobile app, to having all of the right services to meet anybody's needs in 2022!!! Small town banks have the tendency to be behind the times, but not this one!!!
Highly recommend!!!

After 5 years of banking with CNB they automatically enrolled me into overdraft curtesy program costing me $75 in fees!!! They stated they sent me a letter saying I was enrolled and it was my responsibility to opt out.
Since when is it ok to make changes to a customer’s account without permission?
I will be changing banks soon!!!!

Went here to start the house buying process and to ask for advice, turned in all our paperwork. But now it has been almost 3 weeks and have not heard anything from them even after calling to check up a couple of times. I highly do not recommended this place ,every time I come here these people all seem to be shady.
