I don't understand TDECU’s approval criteria for credit cards. After they tell you that you are pre-approved, they notify you that you were denied. Even when other entities have approved me without any problem. They seem unprofessional to me.

Want you money stolen? TDECU is for you. You can put restrictions on your card for only your area and someone from California is magically using your card to buy things, multiple times. So you’re stuck continually changing your card. And nothing is done about the person constantly stealing or trying to steal money. Your information is not safe. I think they compromised their security systems to allow this to continually happen.

I called ahead of time to change my payment information. I made a bigger payment than the amount die. On the due date, they took the payment again. Of course when the take money is automatic. But when its about them paying you back for an error on their part, it takes 5 to 7 days! My bills did not clear because they have my money!

Me and my sister’s and my girlfriend all have are first credit card with them. 10/10 customer service recommended for anyone that is trying to start building there credit. And you get a gas discount at Bucces

I called to speak to the loan department because I made a $200 payment on my credit card 5 days ago. The money has been missing from my account for 5 days. I was on the phone with the loan extension for 20 minutes.
The person could not tell me where my money is.
He transferred me to another person who put me on hold for another 15 minutes.
That person left me on hold until I hung up so that she could go home because the bank closed at 5.
I was on hold 10 minutes after 5 before I hung up.
This has happened to me before and it was not this difficult for someone to tell me where my money is nor did they leave me on hold.
If you do not show the money in pending say it. I need to know how to proceed.
This is not the first time I have issues with the staff at this location in reference to making payments.

Do not use this credit Union they are the worst. I heard that if you have fraudulent charges they won’t reimburse the amount and now they are doing the same thing to me, letting someone steal my money!!!! Go to community resource credit union in Baytown or somewhere better or you will regret ever using TDECU
