The one star I gave was for one person Kayla Salas who really deserves 5 stars, but every person we’ve ever dealt with at this bank is rude and could care less about their customers or customer service. Never a smile, a hello from the rest and they always make you feel like they are annoyed when they have to help a customer. We’ve kept a savings account there because it was convenient but why keep your money with a bank who doesn’t instill good customer service values.

When I came to Azle in 2000 I went with Compass bank and stayed with them because my son banked there,. and they were ok. After time I began to notice little charges I did not request. and every time I opened my statement there was a new fee or change. I checked out all the different banks we have here in Azle and decided The National Bank of Texas here was the best. The bank personnel are always friendly, helpful and seems like they go out of their way to help you. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a home bank

Thet are not professional, i was trying to cash a check for about 2 weeks and the guy that did the check had no funds, i call a few days in a row and no funds. I call today and they said yes there is funds, so i live 5 mins away snd went, when i get there nobody was there so i send my check, after a couple of mins another guy show up which i know him and we work for the same guy, the lady in the bank decided to cash the other guys check and they told me there was not enough funds throw the speaker, i told them i came first and still they skip me.
