I had the most wonderful experience while applying for a loan. I had seen the commercials for this type of loan and thought it sounded fast and convenient. I walked in to the store not knowing really how the loan worked and after talking with Karen and Stephanie, I understood how the line of credit worked with out a doubt. Karen and Stephanie explained to me how the line of credit works and I saw them both helping each other gather the information they needed to get me approved. I only needed a short term loan of $50 for my grandson's Easter basket and Easter dinner. I was actually approved for a full $400! I explained to them that I didn't really need the full amount but it was nice to know I have that money available if I do need it. I would recommend the Oak Ridge store to all my friends. I also like the fact that they are open 24/7.

Free money orders, always fast quick and easy. Took me less then 5 minutes today to go in, get a money order for rent, and get out. My kids love the free suckers and I love the free & friendly service!

I come here often when I need to try and shift money around because I work on commission. I also use their free money order service for bills. Whenever I come in the attendants are always very polite and non-judgemental.
To anyone leaving bad reviews maybe you just need to chill. Customer service is not an easy job. If you think it is then why don't you try it for a week. All in all I have been using their services for the past two years and yes the interest is high.. but that's the point. I only use it for emergencies and I almost always pay it off within a month or two.
I was in there the other night actually and their systems were down and the attendant kept apologizing for the wait and I just waited until we were able to do what I needed to do. Can't say that for the other people that came in. Computers are machines people! (Machines break sometimes.) If something slows down or stops they still have to make sure the paperwork is correct due to legal obligations.
The people who work at this store are always super friendly and maybe I'm just more easy-going than your average Joe, but I see a lot of people go into this store and over-react when they don't immediately get their way.
They don't use credit. It is based on your income. If you don't have reliable income than you probably shouldn't be trying to take out a loan you can't pay for.

Complete TRASH!! I went there on my lunch break to send money. I was told they are doing some shift handover or something like that. I politely asked how long it would take and was told "10 minutes at most 15 minutes but most likely 10 minutes". Being tight on time I decided to wait. At 21 minutes after I ask how much longer they will be and I was told it would be another "5 minutes or so". I mean just because most of their clients are up creek (which I am not) doesn't mean it gives you any right to abuse their situation. Absolutely disgusting. I just left being at the end of my lunch break. What pathetic pieces of TRASH!!
