Katie and Tammy are always great to work with. I do not live in Pierre anymore, but whenever I call they are responsive and efficient with anything I need--so it makes it hard to make a change to a closer bank!

Jessica Jockheck Made the home buying process easy. From answers questions at anytime to Making sure the closing process ended on time even though i had COVID. She has great knowledge of the local market and keeps on top of the Loan Process to make sure nothing falls through the cracks. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a house in the Pierre Area!

Not very happy with this Bank!!! Very Rude and disrespectful towards customers asking questions concerning their bank acct and was hung up on twice! Very disappointed and will be closing this acct dues to unprofessionalism ! And will never recommend this bank to anyone

Jessica is phenomenal at her job. Not only is she friendly, smart & kind but she would go above & beyond for us to ensure we understood what was going on & felt supported. We could contact her any day or night with questions or issues & she'd immediately get back to us. You can tell she's very knowledgeable with every step of the process. We instantly felt at ease because we had her working with us. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking at buying a house.

A couple weeks ago I was having an issue with bill pay that I was having difficulty trying to resolve and Lindsay Uecker was trying to help me with. I was growing increasingly frustrated and my messages to Lindsay showed that as some of my frustration got taken out on her...despite that, she ultimately showed me that the problem was my own fault and she helped me fix and correct it! Her patience and help were much appreciated!!!

I spoke to Lindsay about account options at First National Bank, as I may be moving back to the area. After speaking with other banks as well, I will be opening an account with her. She was very personal on the phone and was able to answer all my questions with no hesitation.
