Everything will be fine until you have a problem with a charge. I have been disputing an unauthorized charge for nine months without any resolution. I haven't been presented any evidence in that time that the charge is valid-and the balance is once again showing that I owe it. They seem to have a strategy of making it as hard as possible to communicate by offering only mail and fax to communicate with their different deadlines. Also, customer service will make it as hard as possible as well to solve the issue by simply just hanging -up, with one day hanging-up on me 5 times. It's hard to believe there is any investigation at all regarding my unauthorized charge-they just want you to go away. I have had to file a complaint with the FDIC for help in dealing with this bank's credit card department in hopes of resolving this before I terminate the account. Do not use this bank.

This bank use to be good but in the last several years it has proven otherwise. Lack of consistency, delays in deposits, fees, etc. Beginning to compare to Wells Fargo. Miss the small town ownership this bank had to offer years ago.

This bank charges you 10$ for every transfer even though you have a limit of 6 free transfers a month. They don't give you your money back. If you call and ask for your transactions fees that they were never supposed to charge in the 1st place they won't give them back and will hang up on you.

I bank from out of town, so I call their phone lines A LOT (as I am fairly young, and tend to have a lot of questions.) Every time I call, the phone bankers are helpful, sweet, and super polite. Every. Single. Time. These people need a raise!!!

Jessica the girl who answers the phone WILL hang up on you repeatedly. We were trying to report to this bank that there were fraudulent charges on a customers card. They wouldn't note the account. They wouldn't call the cardholder. They actually hung up on us. Please don't trust them with your money.

Totally disappointed with my bank for the first time. They restrict your account even though it’s your money and should be able to do as you please. I’ve had no access to my account for 3-4 days now.
Didn’t even contact me priority to restricting it😡 going to probably open a small account in another bank if this happens many more times.

Non existent customer care, ATM ate my debit card while trying to deposit cash into my account. No number anywhere to figure out what’s going on. Every number located online is only buisness hours, guess what, I don’t only bank during buisness hours. Now I am screwed stuck with no card and will probably get hit with an overdraft fee since I can’t deposit my cash since the machine ate my card. And again, nobody at the bank to call and talk to. Unbelievable
