HORRIBLE BUSINESS and that’s because of ONE PERSON, the manager Cole!!! The other employees are kind and respectful. I came in to apply for a loan but decided to walk out and go next door and do business. This so called professional “man” insulted and belittled an older black lady but the lady had the decency to just say “forget it I don’t need money that bad”.

I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. For starter when I first got a loan one of the females who worked there decieded to go talk about my business to her neighbor which is a really good friend of mine. The friend she went and spoke with wasn't a reference or had anything to do with my loan. She discussed my personal business as well as making the comment she bet she would be repoing my car, all i recieved was an apology from her boss, didnt even get one from her! Also, I called to see if I could push my payment from one friday to the next and was told that it was fine, they checked my account and said my payment wasnt processed yet. Within a few days I recieved an overdraft fee from the automatic payment that was suppose to be held. All i was offered was a check for the overdraft fee, which is fine i guess but what about the other bills i paid that will cause another overdraft?? These people DO NOT CARE about their customers at all! Like i said I wouldnt even recommened them to my worst enemy!

The staff here is very friendly and quick. They were very responsive and got me taken care of quickly. I submitted my paperwork online, went in and was walking out there door within 20 minutes. I will recommend them to anyone.

I am very credit conscious.. they sent me a check in the mail... I called and asked was it going to build my credit they lied and said yes they report monthly.. lies... I made one late payment and been with them one full year... they report negative not positive on your credit reports... they are paid off I will never use them again nor will I referr them to anyone else...
