Until the last couple of payments, I would have had nothing but good things to say about the company. My husband's pay switched to being paid on opposite weeks, so I called to request changing the payment draft date. I was told that we would have to do a stop payment through our bank (which I did) and just make the payment over the phone or online. That worked for 3 or 4 payments, and now they call multiple times daily AFTER being told what day the payment will be made. We pay when we say we will pay, so there is no need to call us every day after we have already made someone aware of when the payment will be made.
I gave 2 stars because they definitely helped us out when we were in a pinch, but I can assure you that once this title loan is paid off, we will seek other avenues of assistance in the future. It's just not worth the headache.

My husband and I drove from North Carolina because someone said try them out, we arrive at the office at 9:00am and sat in our truck until 10:15am, a white expedition truck pulled in the parking lot and sat there 10mins an then she walked herself in when my husband got out to go in the door was locked. My opinion I told My husband to come on let's take our business somewhere else because she could have came to the door and said they were not ready or the time on the door was incorrect 9:00amtil 6:00pm (At The End Of The Day Move On To The Next Level Didn't Hurt My Feeling

Best costumer service I have ever had anywhere. Mrs. Audrey was so nice and broke everything down for us were we could understand it. Would definitely recommend this spot to anybody needing a loan. This was our first one and she made it super easy . Thanks Audrey

The staff along with the manager Mrs. Audrey were Wonderful. They were friendly and gave good customer service. They would put a smile on your face whether you came in person or called on the phone. If I had to do it all over again I would definitely choose them.
