I EXTREMELY ENJOY DEALING WITH THE PERSONNEL THAT WORK THERE. THEY GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO MAKE YOU AS SATIFIED AS YOU CAN BE. Wanted to share the lack of customer service and professionalism from this office. I spoke with a Jared on Wednesday 5/29 and told him that I would be mailing out payment for my mom's account on 5/30. He or some other personnel continued to call my mom's phone even thereafter about payment when she had spoke to them already. Spoke with another young lady this morning (forgot her name) but i want to say starts with a J. I should've wrote it down. Anyways, I spoke to her this morning to let her know that I personally had already spoken to Jared and told the check was being mailed on last thursday but yet they keep calling her. The young lady got kind of smart with me and I didn't appreciate it. There was a payment some few weeks ago that she and I spoke about that I had to clear up, which I did and she mentioned that the due date was 5/22 which i advised her I or my mother would call in to have that taken care of. Well we couldn't, so we called in on the 29th and advised we would be mailing payment . I just didnt appreciate how #1 she talked to me, #2 how she handled the situation and #3 that nobody apparently notates the account when you call in to make arrangement, hence why the calls continued. My mom has never ever had an issue with this institution until recently. I'm not giving Regional bad recommendations but in the past when I have called in on behalf of my mom to make a payment, never had an issue, so its not the company, however it the employees that work and how they handled this situation. I hope corporate reviews this review.

I've been dealing with Regional Finance for many years and have never had any kind of bad service or issues. Recently I had a death in the family and needed a little extra to make that trip back home. Mark totally understood and made it happen. He made a very stressful time a little better. Thank you Mark for your understanding. I will always recommend this branch because everyone there is just the best.

I never can figure this place out! They call and send letters saying you can renew and then once you decide to do so, there’s issue after issue or they want you to try for more money. Customer service is not at all there strong suite!
