My account was set on auto pay and missed one payment because I switch bank account and forgot to call the company. A representative called me and informed me I was past due and owed a return fee for insufficient funds .So I made the payment over the phone. I told her I switched bank accounts and she never mentioned anything to me about coming to the office to update my information. The following month they tried to charge the same account, causing me to be past due once again with another return fee for insufficient funds. Witch then a different rep told me I had to come in and update my information in the office and I could no longer set up auto pay due to two insufficient funds transactions. This month I called to make my payment and a completely different rep from the other two told me I owed $345 because I missed two payments. Which my payments were actually $185 plus the two return fees totaling a $245 balance. Of course this made me upset because of the lack of communication from the first representative who never told me about updating my information and the rep who gave me the wrong payment information because of the lack of communication in their office. I will definitely not recommend this company to anyone nor will I ever use them again. I find their communication to be very poor and unprofessional! I can’t wait to be done with this company!!!!

Whenever I have been in a jam and needed funds they have been helpful. I would recommend to anyone in need of building your credit or in need of money.
