Not once have I had a bad experience since being a customer at People's Credit Union for the years that I have been a member. The service both in the drive-thru lanes and indoors are always prompt and exact and the customer service definitely meets and exceeds my needs, as well as the 1-800 # you have to call while speaking to member services. Thank you for all you do PCU!

I’ve been a customer of PCU for 25 years and must say their services have tremendously declined especially in their mortgage lending department specifically their mortgage underwriting department. They are definitely not the community credit union they once were. I will be taking my business to another local credit union where they actually hold true to being there for the people.

We switched to PCU over 10 years ago, and have always been happy with their service. The majority of our banking is done online, we use their bill pay reminders and deposit checks online. The few times we've needed in-person service, it's been quick and helpful! Our car loan and line of credit were both with them, and we're not switching anytime soon.

If I could leave a negative star I would I have never dealt with such a bank I had a closed car loan and they proceeded to take car payments for 2 months! After the account was closed blamed me! For the issue I will never use this bank for a loan and if your smart you will seek an alternate bank as well they steal money and blame you! Peoples credit union is a horrible bank and not one teller is pleasant. They are not in it for the people its just a job and you can tell. DO NOT USE PEOPLES CREDIT UNION IF YOU NEED A CAR LOAN AFTER YOU PAY IT OFF THEY STILL TAKE MONEY!!!!!!

I have couple of business accounts with this bank. It has happened quite a few times with me that I came to bank for deposit and teller tells me that my deposit is short. It happens twice at Kingston branch and once at Middletown branch, since then I started counted the bills and never had any issue until couple of weeks ago when I received the deposit slip at Middletown branch, I noticed that my deposit was $18 short, upon asking I was told that machine counted that money. I insisted that my amount was correct because I hand counted that amount and $18 shortage is a weird number for shortage. After 5 minutes I received a slip showing exact amount, I rang the bell and ask for explanation!!! Teller didn’t even want to tell that my balance was right and they were wrong!!! Well because of manager I let that go, but today again I am told that I am $18 short on my deposit. I even told them that it’s not possible I just counted before coming for deposit and how it’s possible that I am again same amount short just like I was two weeks ago. I was stood that they will investigate about it. I received call after two hours that my deposit is still $18 short because there balance matches!!! They should’ve blamed their machine or teller or should show me a video if amount was counting wrong!!!!!!😡😡😡😡 I will never refer this bank to anyone!!!!!!!!
