I purchased my car and do not owe anything on it. Paul took a picture of my title and emailed it and sent a letter saying the lien was released but the RMV states the lien still has not been released. That was the response I received when asking for my title and the lien is STILL on my car. I have now been waiting over two months for my title and the lien to be released. I went online to request a copy of it myself and there is still a lien on my car so I cant even request a title myself for it. I called today which is now over two months of waiting and was told by Paul he had to request the title again on 9/26 and when I called, I was told by Antonio who is the most unprofessional person I have ever spoken to that Paul said my title was sent to me on 9/26 which he never did. At this point I am getting a lawyer involved as CNAC has been withholding my title and keeping a lien on my car that they do not own. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM. They will cheat you out and will not give you your title and keep a lien on your car when they do not own it.
Antonio is the most unprofessional person I have ever spoken to and needs to work in a job that he doesnt not communicate with anyone. He refused to give me managements information to escalate these issues, he refused to help with the lien that is still on my car or the title and refused to help whatsoever and was incredibly rude the entire time. He needs to be working where he has no interaction with customers or people in general.

Anyone that works here has been contracted from hell. I'm sure of it. Lost my job after making every payment for months and they treated me like I killed their families. Do not go here, biggest mistake I've ever made.

Very rude people here. I pay in advance now to be done sooner than later with these people. I was in the hospital last month unresponsive and missed a payment by 6 days and they act like I haven't had perfect record for 8 months... and they try to act like a bully over the phone as if they will do you harm. So uncomfortable to deal with them. Do yourself a favor and try anywhere else.

Had my car for about a year now. with in the first 6 months everything that could happen happend. unfortunately it's my fault I didn't do my research first but I'm paying 14 thousand for a car that any dealership would self for 5-6 thousand, on the outside the car looks fantastic but taking it to a mechanic everything is rusted under, there was a hole in my oil tank, shocks been blown, sway bar off balance, breaks were grinded down to the metal, and tire had no traction. I take some responsibility for all this because I didnt really give it a 100% over. this is my first Car. also managment was rude and basicly trys to force you into buying a car. only good thing I can say is that the dealer that was doing all my paperwork and was very respectful but I guess that's a way to tie you in. so before you go here get a second opinion, do your research.

You're better of swallowing cyanide and expecting a clean bill of health. If you're looking for a car go anywhere else and you'll actually be treated like a human being. Once you sign all the paperwork, they drop the nice guy facade and talk to you like a criminal. Choose wisely and make sure this isn't your choice.

I would give zero stars if I could. My uncle died in 2021. He had been paying on the car for a couple of years. We were told that we could not put the car in my name or my son's. Okay fine, they said they would still take payments as my son wanted the car. My uncle had already died and I was trying to clean his apartment out by a certain date and move everything to storage as well as working on funeral arrangements. He paid every other week on Friday I mistakenly thought the coming Friday was the payment day as opposed to the last friday. The troll that goes over all your financial information when you buy their overpriced POS cars, I think his name is Joe, has an attitude to begin with and looks down on people like they were dirt or so beneath him. I'm in the middle of trying to do all of this stuff and he's screaming at me that I missed a payment. I told him he was being rude and could I talk to someone else and he basically threatened that he would come and take the car. He can talk to you anyway he wants but when you throw it back at him he gets really indignant and ugly.
Fast forward 2 years and 3 months later, and my son has paid the car off. We now live in North Carolina having moved from Rhode Island in 2022. They had no problem accepting money from a person that's not even listed on the title or the loan, no problem running his debit card with a different zip code than the deceased owner. I gave them a copy of myself being the executor of my uncle's estate of which the car was part of. My son called when he made his last payment, as he was instructed, and asked AMANDA for the title to be sent to our new address. They told him no. So I called right back and was told that only the deceased person could change the address. How ridiculous is that? When I told her I was the executor of the estate, I was told it didn't matter. I had the phone on speaker with several people listening in who heard her basically tell me even with executor papers, the title had to be sent to the address of the deceased as only he could change the address. I wasn't aware you could change an address from the grave. Did they expect me to send his ashes? How ridiculous!
I call back today and speak to AMANDA and it's a whole new song and dance. She claims she told me she didn't have the executor papers and she needed them to send the title to a different address. Even if that was the case, why wouldn't you ask me to fax them over if that's ALL THAT WAS NEEDED? Because what she ACTUALLY said was it didn't matter. This was a new story today because I mentioned I had spoken to an attorney, a consumer advocate attorney at that as well as the Attorney General's office.
The harpy had went ahead and sent the title to an address my deceased uncle had not lived in since August of 2021. So when I asked what she was going to do when that title got kicked back as undeliverable, she said once I sent her the executor papers she could send the title to my new address in North Carolina. Nice way to try to CYA. If this was actually the case, why didn't you just have me send you the papers last week instead of telling me something stupid as only the deceased can change the address. Did she run this by somebody with a brain who let her know that no one else but the executor could have the title since the car was part of the estate and executor papers are a court order? Nothing like trying to jerk someone's chain. It's hilarious how they didn't care where the money came from, I didn't hear anything like we can only accept payment from the deceased. But to tell me something as absurd as only the deceased can change the address shows you what kind of when is you will be working with if you do any business with these idiots. As long as they get their money every other week, no matter who it comes from, everything is okay. Other than that, you just might have to get a lawyer involved.
