Shawn Kelly and his staff with RMS were awesome. I purchased a home with them in March of this year.
Mr.Kelly could not have made the home buying process any easier. They went above and beyond my expectations even in the midst of the pandemic. The RMS app was fantastic and simplified everything step by step.
I was recommended by a close friend, and I am happy to recommend Shawn and his staff to anybody in the market for a home.

Worked with Diane and she is very knowledgeable and helped out throughout the process. She always answered any quesitons I have had through emails, and have responded to phone calls in a timely manner. Highly recommend for a pain free process!

My experience with RMS was a great one, they easily walk you through the process if your a 1st time homebuyer and try to help you find a mortgage solution that meets your financial needs. The process is easy & automated, making getting the figures you need easily attainable. Kevin and his team are super responsive and fast if you ever have questions.

My wife and i used RMS and had the pleasure of having Tom Lutz guide us through the process. Tom and the RMS team did a great job of communicating clearly what they needed to expedite the buying process. Their company app was a great resource as well, i highly recommend downloading it. Whenever my wife and i are ready to move, we're definitely going to use RMS and hopefully have Tom Lutz again!.

RMS, specifically Diane Leib was a terrible experience to work with. When working with her she was almost impossible to reach, she made my wife and I feel like we were bothering her. She shared our personal financial information with 2 realtors that we were not working with, one was a friend of hers that we were potentially buying a house from. She also only approved us for 1/5th of what we were actually approved as we closed on a house 47 days after working with her through a different mortgage company. The total experience seemed potentially discriminatory. I would not recommend RMS or Diane to anyone. Terrible experience!
