Emily, Janette and Matt and absolutely unhelpful at this location. I am a single mom of 3 and I tried to order school clothes for 1 of the kids online and I couldn't due to my card expiring in Aug. So I called in to see I I can order a new one or get that process started and instead I had Emily tell me how suspicious that is and they have never heard that before so I ask for a number to speak to card services and instead she puts Janette one the line. Janette tells me she won't give me a number because they are in the middle of audits and can't just drop everything to talk to me. Wow, ok. So again I ask for a number so I can just call back at a later time, she puts me on hold for over 5 minutes then puts a gentlemen by the name of Matt on the line. So I tell him I'm still waiting for a number, he tells me they already called and they all agree it is weird and there's nothing they can do other than order a new card and that takes 2 weeks....first off I never said it needed to be here in 1 day?! They are unprofessional, not helpful in the least and just rude. Bank better!!

Warning Do not trust woodlands bank!
They have poor customer service,, money disappears from account, they very disrespectful especially management and they only traet you good if they know you have real $$
