I always loved my bank however, today they denied a purchase of mine for absolutely no reason. I had more than enough money for the intended purchase and even after the cashier changed checkout registers my purchase was still declined. Now I have to pay someone to take me back to the store to purchase the same items, warm winter clothes, after already paying someone to take me today . I don’t know why they decline a purchase when I had enough money in my account and shopped here before.

I've had very good experiences with JSSB - particularly with loans. Very helpful staff and good rates, especially for mortgages. They are a bit behind the times in that they still use tear off pay booklets for payments, with no online payment options. But the good rates and services are worth the monthly postage stamp.

The google hours are incorrect for the Market Street location.
Monday and Tuesday the bank is only open only until 4:30pm instead of 5pm like listed on google.
When questioned a bank manager stated that this was "difficulty to change"
Extremely inconvenient especially since I actively checked the hours of operation before making the trip to the bank.

The people that work there are amazing, they help u with whatever u need and they care about what u have to say. Definitely a recommended bank to go to.

The Williamsport location does not mention anything about drive through only on Saturday. Then when you have an issue and want to speak to one of them, the just yell “drive thru” at you through the doors and look the other direction. The doors are locked.
