I would not suggest them to anyone. Awful customer service, it is absolutely impossible to get someone to answer the phone no matter what extension you use. I've been trying to get a pay off quote for a week and can't get them to answer. Called a regular FNB branch and their trying to help me out, and they even said its almost impossible just for anyone to call and get answers.

I got invoice for my recent loan and first payment was due on 9/2/22 invoice I received in the mail says Total Amount Due 6,544.58 on 9/2/22 an nothing about automatic payment so I thought that I wasn't unrolled for automatic payments and made the payments on 9/2/22 and on 9/6/22 I sow that I was charged twice $ 6,544.58 I called 3 times and asked them to refund me one payment and told them that there invoice is so confusing if I am in automatic payment it should say that amount due 9/2/22 $0 and my account will be charged automatic, today 9/20/22 I still haven't received my refund very unprofessional representative, I don't recommend this Bank to anyone

Good luck getting anybody to answer the phone or even call you back. Their invoices don't show your interest rate, how much you've paid to date, or the remaining balance. I will not, and do not suggest doing business with this company.

Not only did they send my title in the mail with no signature required but they are also refusing to help resolve the situation. We have waited WEEKS to get a resolution but they clearly have no problems taking their payment on something that we cannot even plate. I would NEVER do business with this company. Save your self the time and trouble and find someone else to work with

Would not recommend this company. Very RUDE customer service. They use COVID as an excuse! Unprofessional and unethical business practices has been their way of doing business in past 3 years. They should not be in business. My understanding that they got bought out by big bank and they can't careless what goes on in this part of their business.
