Disputed a fraudulent credit card charge in December 2020. After multiple unsuccessful attempts to resolve the issue by phone, I went to the branch in person. Manager contacted card services on my behalf - the issue remained unresolved despite 1.5 hours with both of us on the phone. The Police were called to the branch when I refused to leave (as it was past closing). To de-escalate the situation, I reluctantly left the premises; and she advised me to return to the branch on Monday morning so she could assist me further.

When I visited this location, the mood of the clerks’ suggested I had interrupted their mid afternoon conversation and were not friendly. I’ve had multiple poor experiences at different dollar bank locations and with different personnel.
Dollar Bank’s website and app are very low quality, and are not reliable for access or usage.

I’ve been banking with Dollar for many years. The entire branch’s staff has always been extremely pleasant, professional, and helpful. Opened a new checking account for my teenage son yesterday and the branch manager (Ashley) couldn’t have been more helpful in explaining the account and making sure my son understood how his first checking account works. She spent a lot of time with us and didn’t make us feel rushed at all. Fantastic experience!

Bank reversed a check I deposited through their app. Said it was excepted. Thought it was all good they reversed it because of a bad image 5 days after. Not my that happened, I don't have the check. Told me to call customer service. Almost an hour wait. Who has time to wait 57 minutes? I'm disabled and on a very tight budget so that 95.00 dollars means I I have to buy cheaper food items which are not good for an insulin dependent diabetic with neuropathy. Plus several other medical and mental health issues

#dollarbank worst bank ever! just to let everyone know if you happen to have fraudulent activity on your bank card, they won’t back you for any of the money for 10 business days (won’t stop pending fraudulent charges until they go through). We called and talked to 3 managers and no one can do anything until the 10 business days pass and the pending charges go thru. So we are out $400 for 2 weeks if not more. What if it was thousands???? Insane!!! Worst bank ever! Moving our money to another bank.
