too bad you can't leave zero stars. i opened an online account in advance of moving to penna, all was processed ... or so i thought. they called me to advise of online banking fees and upon questioning of opening overdraft was told to call. upon calling i was told the account is closed, eventhough the initial deposit was processed, because i could not be reached. they called me! their interoffice communication seems nonexistent. go elsewhere.

I would like to preface this review by pointing out that the staff is very courteous, respectful, and tries to help out to the best of their ability. This review is primarily based on the infrastructure and not particularly aimed at any branch. With that being said, their electronic banking(business banking in particular) is an absolute nightmare and is seemingly stuck in the stone ages. If you need to handle any business remotely and are unable to physically walk into a branch to conduct even the most basic of transactions, expect to be completely confused, hit with unreasonable charges, odd limits, seemingly undisclosed regulations, and an overall lack of user-friendliness.

Love the People at the C&N Doylestown branch. Dislike the location at monument square (very poor choice) and not keen on some of the policies and upper managment at Wellsborough.
