Rude, disrespectful, unhelpful lazy , GHETTO!!!!!!! ,
extremely unprofessional, abysmal performance, lack luster, enthusiasm, and just blatantly, disrespectful and condescending. I have never in my professional life experience such an abysmal customer service representative. This branch in particular has an extremely rude customer service agent. Her name is Haneefa or Habiba something .Rude, disrespectful, unhelpful Lexa, Daisy, extremely unprofessional, abysmal performance, lack luster, enthusiasm, and just blatantly, disrespectful and condescending. I have never in my professional life experience such an abysmal customer service representative. This branch in particular has a extremely rude customer service agent. Her name is Haneefa or Habiba something of that sort she sells extremely intoxicated, or under the influence of narcotics. She is a complete eyesore to the business, and I would never ever do business with this company. As long as this employee stays here I will cut ties and pay off any agreements that iPad and never do business with this company again just because of people like this in the upper Darby branch something needs to be done about the unprofessionalism, the rudeness and the nastiness

My experience with a employee by the name of LAUREN was unprofessional and extremely rude. I don’t know how or when a company of this magnitude let their employees threaten to deny your loans because they’re upset but I simply asked for someone else because I didn’t like how I was being talked to. I wanted to know if there was another form to replace one if I didn’t have the right documentation and I was told what I should have already had in my email as if she had access to it. (Didn’t know they hired psychics), LAUREN also hung up on me because I stated I wanted to speak to someone else. In what world is it okay yo hang up on a customer if they’re trying to be serviced by someone else because your rude. I asked for a manager and got another associate no manager at all. Thankfully Linda was very helpful maybe Linda should take Lauren under get wing and show her a thing or two about customer service or just get rid of her all together I can almost assume this wasn’t her first incident with a customer.

OneMain Financial was very easy to work with. Page was my relationship manager and she was patient, helpful, courteous, knowledgable and professional. I could not have asked for an easier experience. We closed my loan on the phone. It was great!

Better than I expected. I actually responded to the cards they send out. I didn't think I would qualify for any help. The payments are very affordable. If you get a card from OneMain Financial RESPOND! They will help you.

I am extremely satisfied and was able to consolidate all my bills.
The payment options were presented to me. Paperwork signed online. Did not have to go in the office
I have no regrets.

The process was really fast and easy for me, which I appreciate. Besides me personally regretting taking a the loan with such High rates, my only major issue with this company is that they’re like bill collectors… annoying as hell. They give you 10 additional days to mark your payment with our it be reflected as a late payment, however, they ask you for a date that you can pay it and says it’s so they won’t keep calling you, but that’s a lie. They will literally harass you down. You can tell one person the date you’ll be able to pay, then book 2 days late another staff is calling harassing… I actually haven’t had any real issues besides them calling and harassing me in between my 10 day grace period… I’m typically nice but then harassing me completely irritates me

I’ve had this loan provider since 2018 and never had a problem with staff before. I just was on the phone with the upper Darby location where the lady who answered the phone name was Ashley. She was extremely aggressive and rude on the phone because I told her “I’m not even sure if I have the right location”. After I told her I no longer wanted to speak with her she could transfer me to someone else because I was uncomfortable and felt disrespected, she then hung up on me. I immediately called back and then the manager answered the phone, whom was a male. He then proceeded to interrupt me as I explained why I needed the manager. I said “sir you’re cutting me off how can you respond if I’m not even done the statement”. At that point he said okay go ahead and I said never mind I don’t wanna talk to you either and ended the call. I would never recommend this loan provider to anyone and the whole staff is a bunch of ignorant and rude people who hate their job and should find another job if they can’t handle customer service. I thought I was at McDonald’s when they were talking to me. Smh people, get a career you enjoy so you don’t be miserable and rude to customers!
