Worst customer service, rude employees. They can't or won't answer basic banking policy questions. They have antiquated banking practices. They don't have any fraud process and put everything in as a dispute and make the customer call merchant that the fraud was committed against that won't help you either. Then the customer has to go back to the bank with all the information. Then it will take several weeks to investigate and you may or may not get your money back. Then you tell the bank manager that they need to update the banking system and he closes your accounts with no notice. Most illegal banking I've ever had the misfortune of doing business with. Run from this bank and don't look back.

Worst experience ever.
We refinanced our home with them to get away from big banks and all the extra requirements for insurance, etc.
The process getting the refinance was quick and easy. I was so impressed until everything started to fall apart.
Escrow is a nightmare. They blame escrow company who then blames them. All issues seem to point to frick.
First came our home owners insurance. Due in December but didn’t get paid until March after multiple calls from me and then a final call from Allstate telling them if they didn’t receive payment that day I was dropped.
Then our flood insurance was dropped due to lack of payment and it was 6 months before it was caught. No one from either side let me know.
Taxes were over paid last year along with everyone else’s in this county and they received a check back for the overpayment. Then I had payments to State Farm who we don’t have listed on my account. I have called numerous times about that and told I received a credit for all of it, does not show on the new escrow paper that shows I am $3300 short on my escrow.
So another round trying to get this fixed for the third time and I’m told it’s all on there but my escrow is still $1700 short. They had all info at closing for insurance and taxes so why the shortage?
Best part is the escrow companies records and Fricks records don’t match but I was told it’s because they use different systems so it won’t match. Math is math. I paid in money they paid out money. Should be the same on both ends. Getting frick to give you info on your money is impossible. Someone will call you back is all your told. No one ever does.
Looking to go else where now.

Horrible customer service, completely rude over the phone. I did a wire transfer through them to pay off a car loan, they didn't include all the information I gave them on the transfer and proceeded to blame me when the money didn't go to the correct account... If I could give a zero I would.

Phil that works there needs to learn how to talk to people, he also needs to quit threatening and lying about leaving phone messages when he does not. You want my opinion? They should fire him!!!!
