First National Bank said yes when almost all my other local banks said No. Suzell Sayers-Kent, the branch manager helped my family’s dream come true by helping us every step of the way get the commercial mortgage loan we needed to secure a million dollar 11 unit mixed use commercial building. I totally recommend this bank which had many lending programs to offer. I am also gearing up to bring all my other business accounts to FNB. THANK YOU SO MUCH Suzell and FNB!!!

Mobile app is the worst. They upgrade the system wipe out your pass word and then make you hold literally for hours to fix it. I'm sitting here listening to the onhold loop for 30 minutes after spending 45 minutes onhold yesterday. After 45 minutes onhold they couldn't help me reset my password that they broke because I disn't know the amount of my last deposit. I cant see my account to know my last deposit the man asks me to give my drivers license number, who in hell knows their drivers license number? Today after 30 minutes onhold the woman asks verifying questions like address phone number social security and helped reset my password that they broke. She was pleasant and helpful. I advise if you do an upgrade that breaks everybody's password that you hire a few people for the phone desk! I wasted 1 hour and 15 minutes for the convenience of online banking.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE.......my son has a check for $ 1200.00 from a reputable business, DRAWN ON THIS BANK.. however this banks policy in Tannersville, Pa. is that they will not cash a check unless you have an account with them AND worse, even if the check is drawn on them they won't cash a check over $600.00! Any business owner that has an account with this bank should reconsider. AVOID....after being hung up on by Sirelle, I decided to post a review. Their "give a damn" about their customers is broken.

Went to open an account for my son that started his first job... well we stood in the foyer and there were no tellers to speak to, just one woman in her office that looked at us and continued her work without a word. Finally a teller shows up after 5 minutes. An older woman. I asked about setting up an account for my son and she gave him a dirty look and asked "uggh for him?"
I told her he's 16 and just started his first job and I would like to set up a checking account. She looked completely annoyed at us.
I told her, you know what we'll bring our business to another bank.
We went down the road to citizens bank and they immediately set up a teen account and were helpful and welcoming the moment we walked in.
We live right on fish hill Rd and thought this would be a convenient bank for him to go to but, the customer service was horrible.

All I can say is WOW. This bank is awesome. I went in to open a business checking account and within 5 minutes of looking at my paperwork Suzell said no problem I will set it up. She also stopped by our business with the paperwork for us to sign the same afternoon. The other bank ESSA would not set up another account due to paperwork concerns. I had the necessary paperwork and they refused. I strongly recommend First National for all of your banking needs.
