We had a great experience at Diamond! We especially were very pleased with Kaitlyn! She helped my kids open a checking and savings account and walked them (and us) through the entire process! Excellent customer service every time we visit!

I enjoy banking with Diamond it’s super easy and everyone is very helpful. Samantha Wilkinson is who I see whenever I go in and need assistance. She is very helpful and very patient. She makes sure you’re questions are answered! She’s a great asset to the company and I’m very happy she’s a part of your team!

I tell everyone about opening an account with diamond credit union, been happy with their services since 2012,everyone is very polite and helpful,it's refreshing seeing a smiling face as soon as I walk in. Hopefully I won't have to change to another place when I move out of Pennsylvania.

My dad asked me to switch banks for a long time. He wanted me to go to diamond credit, I was sorta scared because I never been with such a small/big bank before. I have always had members 1st. I finally built the courage to go into the bank and open an account. Can say I’m definitely not disappointed at all. Mrs lizabeth Vega was so nice and walked me through the entire process and reassured me I will have no issues! Very excited to see this all come together and hopefully one day use more than just the checking service and saving service!

My experience has been very negative when seeing the intransigence of the institution and its staff. Because of their intransigence I have had to pay a fine of $250 in school taxes. I had deposited a check that would be available in 2 days, for November 1st. I went to pay the taxes on August 31, Diamond returned the check because according to them the check that I sent on August 30 was not yet cleared by November 1, but they did consider taking a single day to clear the check What did another entity record in one day??? And I didn't understand if the check deposited on the 30th was cleared on the first day? Why didn't they pay the check? The explanations were trying to explain to me that I don't understand the system, that is, they made me feel like a stupid person who was supposed to know how the bank handles things. They did not want to acknowledge his mistake and were not even able to give a letter to say what they were trying to explain. They only refunded me $32 of the fine they had charged me, as a solution to the problem. This was very, very frustrating especially because I have been a customer for over 20 years. and that's how they treat their clients🥲
