Such a great credit union. Response times are swift; the staff are friendly, patient and helpful. I worked with Drew quite a bit over a 5-6 month period (on and off) and she was so patient and informative. Very grateful for her assistance

SRU Credit Union has a small town feel. It is like dealing with a good friend or neighbor. Drew McDowell was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. She explained everything in detail and was easy to understand. She went above and beyond and provided excellent customer service. She would be my choice for any future banking needs.

Hate dealing with this bank and the majority of people that work there. They always give attitude or act like you are lying when you tell them details about your bank account. Instead of helping they usually just ask you a million questions making it seem like they don’t believe you. I’ve had various different tellers be rude and short with me. Not to mention they don’t ever seem to know what’s going on or how to fix your issue. I’ve only had good experiences with Lynn and one of their employees. Don’t bank here, all my family and friends have had the same experiences.
