useless and broken like everything else in this town. they have a LOT of really profoundly stupid policies and like talking in circles instead of actually helping people in any meaningful way. they do dumb things like telling you to sign up for an account online and when you do you fill out the entire form and it tells you you have to go in to the branch because of an error, mind you 5 years later im still getting the same error.

I thought having an account would account for something to being able to go to a bank and see if I can get pre approved for a loan apparently not they do it online and make you put your information in as they sit there and watch you. There’s no one their that can give you a Mortgage. What’s the point of having people there if they’re not even going to do their job I am going to pull out all my money and go to another bank!!! Credit union here I come

Very predatory bank. They do check reordering and had the audacity to accuse me of bad record keeping when I had a written ledger, copies or checks, paper statements and online banking. Choose a different bank if you have the opportunity. A friend of mine just had her mortgage double dipped and then verbally lied to about how the dollar amount would be posted. Her online banking showed she will still be on the hook to pay in full the next billing cycle. They are awful. Choose ANOTHER BANK!!!

I thought this bank was bad when it was BB&T. Now that it has become Truist, it has managed to become even worse. Long waits in line inside and out and the ATM is always a problem. Either out of money or as in today's issue, it will not read my cards. Being Veteran's Day the place is closed. I had to go to another bank and pay their fees to get cash. Worst bank ever. I will be closing my accounts. Finally had enough.

If I could leave negative stars I would. I spoke to an elderly woman to inform her my mother, her banks customer, passed away. Not even a “sorry for your loss” came from her lips. She immediately started giving me unnecessary attitude and disrespect. Wouldn’t answer NON PERSONAL questions but when she would, it would be condescending and rude. I’ve done customer service most my working life and I can tell when someone shouldn’t be working in the people business. Put that woman in the back counting money, not handling customer interactions. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a bank. Thank god I don’t have to use this bank for myself.
