Poor service, 4 people there, I'm the only customer. But "no one is there" who can open a new savings account for my son. Not what you expect from a local bank... If you want bad service, might as well go to one of the big corporate banks. They will at least have more branch offices in more towns.

This bank has the best employees. We have been banking at this location since it opened. The personnel are friendly, thoughtful, helpful and are there to help with all of your concerns. I especially enjoy dealing with the manager, Barb. She is an asset to this bank.
This is a local bank and I hope that never changes. It’s a good feeling to know that you can pick up the phone and talk to someone who knows you and will give you the best service possible. I love this bank!

Great service in the actual bank.
But the 24/hr automated call system and online banking are a joke. Both unusable for me.
Been fussing with it for almost a year, called in for help and all. and I give up. Sorry Northumberland! I'm going with a better bank that can better suit my mobile needs.

Excellent and respectful employees! Have treated me very well on loans when i had no credit. Highly recommend Northumberland National Bank! Also since its a small hometown bank they treat u almost like family!

Went to drive thru, I was the only one there. Sent my payment thru the vacuum and waited 15 minutes for service. Three tellers were laughing and talking in a circle ignoring everything else and one teller was working the inside line. This is why this bank in not my personal bank.
