The manager at this location is extremely rude. I didn’t get a chance to fill out a deposit slip, as the line was huge. Due to COVID, I did not feel like being around other people filling it out. She says to me in a passive aggressive tone, “It really helps when you have your deposit slip filled out, especially when there’s a line.” I was at a loss for words, how unprofessional and unacceptable for a manager. I had a cash deposit, and a coin deposit. She had no idea how to put these two things into my account, and had to ask a regular employee. I’ll tell you that girl should be promoted to manager. I don’t know how a MANAGER does not know how to do a simple deposit. I felt like a bother to her, nothing about her was welcoming or inviting. I never had such a poor experience in my life. Absolutely pathetic. I plan on moving to Chime or Wells Fargo down the street…

Establishment is kept to an amazing level of cleanliness considering the area. Employees are always courteous, friendly, and as helpful as possible. I've personally never had to wait longer than a minute for assistance. Their coin counting machine also has an absolute zero charge, as opposed to the insane charges of Coinstars in the area. You also do not need to be a member of the bank to do use said machine. Highly recommend.

Nice staff the times I’ve been in, so no complaints on that end, but I also use the ATM, weekly at least, to pull cash to pay our babysitter and the ATM has been down 4 out of 5 times everytime I’ve gone which is super inconvenient. Various days and times as our schedule changes so it’s not like a regular maintenance thing. And the account that I have should not have a monthly service charge and yet every month I am calling because they withdraw from my account and it’s always a quick adjustment but another aggravating thing to constantly have to deal with.

Always super helpful between in person visits and over the phone. I love this bank and highly recommend to everyone! Kellsie and Laura specifically helped me with getting a new debit card. They both are very professional and friendly. Felt like I was visiting friends or family. Thank you!

The bank manager was extremely rude and we never have a good experience seeing her. I asked if I could transfer my foreign money and when she couldn’t figure it out she just handed me the money back and said “we can’t do it” . There is foreign currency on the tv behind the tellers of course they can do exchanges, but when she couldn’t figure it out she just said no . Not a happy person to be around . Thanks

Customer service is phenomenal. The tellers and staff are courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. They are always willing to help. They treat us like we treat our customers.
