I have banked with different places before. Nothing compares to the service I get here, The staff is very nice and if I have any needs or questions they are very helpful. Any time I have had an issue with my account (to my own fault) they take the time to help me get it figured out. Highly recommend!

I became a member 30 some years ago when the office was in one room on the top floor in the RPH. One clerk who went above and beyond to accommodate any request, whether it be a change to your account, a Loan or just information regarding funds. It is great the Credit Union has grown but it has lost it’s Friendly “Community “ touch. For all of those years I had my paychecks direct deposited , even after leaving RPH for a Career move, I kept my funds and account open there. After retiring I also kept my account open. I now do Contract work for my former Employer and have to deposit checks . I have been treated rather rudely by different personnel here. I understand security and safety precautions but EVERY time I have driven 21 miles both ways to deposit my checks once monthly, I am told they have to put a hold on the money . The first time I accepted this…2 years ago,…. then one of the nicer clerks here told me my paycheck did not need to have money held. I still have to ask them to look at my account to verify I have deposited these checks monthly and there is “No Hold” on my paychecks. Now my beef is, why should I have to do this. They should history my account instead of embarrassing me in front of other customers who can clearly hear their rude comments. Your IT department should be able to flag an honest account somehow so your Clerks do not have to interrogate a customer at the window. I don’t mind being asked “What kind of check is this “ but to repeatedly be treated like a 69 year old criminal trying to deposit a monthly paycheck is a bit too much. Having read some of the other reviews I feel better as I am not wrong in my perception of rudeness.

Oooh, where to begin. They arrange things just right so when things come out on automatic payment, it all winds up in overdraft fees (they tell you it was actually pulled before it was, saying it cleared then hit you with overdraft fees all at once. Guess banks gotta make some profit, huh???). And of course, all the times the security of our account has been breached, and we've had charges come from god knows where (wasn't us) for things we would never buy, even AFTER cancelling my card and getting a new one after the skimmer incident in Sayre.

My phone number was up to date, but when my address changed they charged my account. They called once after charging me. Looking for a convenient way to make a payment? Better remember to call them! They have nothing setup. You need to have money in your account there to make a payment on a car or credit card. The technology of a low quality credit union and the ruthless rigidity of a global-bank.
