This branch has closed every service but the MAC machine effective in May. Personal Customer Service has steadily been killed in favor of mobile banking apps.
I will be moving my banking needs to another credit union that truly values customer service and is close by my home.

As a small nonprofit it is incredibly important to have a financial institution that is as aligned with our focus on serving the community. Having the opportunity to speak with a local service team and not be routed through an endless computerized system makes my job easier. Their products are the right fit and their service team is amazing.

This credit union isn't that great. I like doing my banking the old fashioned way and now they've closed the branch that I went to on South 4th Street without any notice. I guess that I'll have to go back to my previous bank. I should have stayed there.

If I could give this bank no stars I would. My card has been locked 4 times in a month and they do not even notify you. It’s now a holiday and they are closed and no body can help me out. I cannot wait to cancel my account with them tomorrow.

This is honestly the best bank in Reading. I called to apply for a loan and Vivian answered the phone, she was so professional and polite and told me exactly what I needed to do their was no confusion at all. Vicky is great as well.This bank continues to impress me every time I go there. All the employees really know their stuff. I love it here.

I've been with riverfront throughout the years. And they're always professional and they're always polite. And they're very nice people. I recommend that they stay there and not have anyone else. But the people that works there now In Lancaster, ave. God Bless Them

I recently obtained a mortgage through RFCU and could not have been happier with the experience. I worked exclusively with Yasmin Taveras. She made the process as smooth and easy as it could possibly be. I had SO many questions along the way, and she answered every one of them with patience and kindness. She was always available to talk or email whenever I needed her, and she kept the process moving forward. And on top of that, the rate I received was far better than anywhere else that I could find. I would highly recommend RFCU and Yasmin for anyone's mortgage needs!
