The process was painful with this company to purchase my double-wide home! Dealing with Andre, he could have had better communication skills! I would wait for important information, and they would come in an email form with no phone call letting me know that I should be receiving an email. I would always have my phone in hand incase an important email came through, because God-forbid he would call me! When I sent over all the required paperwork to go to the underwriter at the beginning of July, and it went the last week in July so by then, they needed new paystubs because they were then 30 days old and 3 other important pieces of paper. I asked why this wasn’t told to me when I first was sent all the required documents I would need for the underwriter. And an employment verification form?? Really, at the last minute you need that for the underwriter. I had to scramble around to get that signed. And a gift note I sent over the beginning of the month was to be on their letter head, that to was not conveyed to me that it was to be on their letter heady. So again, I scrambled around to get that done.
Let your client know in the beginning of the process what ALL is needed for the underwriter so your client isn’t scrambling around at the last minute for everything.
And they did just place a random insurance company on me without my knowledge until I happened to notice the premiums were high and the insurance company was not familiar to me. I did tell them earlier in the process that I was using my own insurance company. Oh another “my bad” by Tammac!

I sold my mobile 2 months ago. there were issues but finally found out my title was WRONG. DMV in MD will not transfer because of the wrong serial number. I have left 6 phone messages..to date, begging them to call me back so i can get this fixed for the new owners. The new owners are now threatening a LAW SUIT against me. I live too far away now to try and get this fixed at DMV in person. We paid on this mobile for 18 years and never knew the title was wrong. BEWARE

Probably one of the most shadiest companies out there. Irresponsible, dishonest, and unwilling to help their clients. those guys should be ashamed of themselves.

All I can say is Wow ! The team is amazing and Lia was wonderful . I had several different things going . One was for the purchase of a new Mobile home and loan was approved . With the shortages I was not guaranteed it in the time frame I needed . My Grandaughter got an amazing college scholarship opportunity but needs to live within 25 miles of her college . So I had to go another route to assure us she won’t lose the scholarship and ended up needing another loan approval for a used one in an ideal spot close to my family and the college . I could not be happier . Highly recommend Everything was done almost immediately and the same day I had to switch gears .

HORRIBLE!!! Their communication is non existent, i was trying to get a loan sent many emails over a couple week span and not a single response! Then finally some random guy from there was added to my email thread and all he did was ask some other guy, that had also not been involved in the emails prior, to answer my questions and again no response. then the dealer i was trying to get the home from sent me my deposit back and voided my contract because Tammac never told them that i had sent them my speks. DO! NOT! USE! THIS! HORRIFIC! COMPANY!

Was told I was pre-approved but that's where all communication stopped. Could have had a home had they gotten back to me in a timely manner but here I sit with nothing. Glad I didn't give them any cash, that's one blessing.

These guys are not in the business of trying to get people approved. Thete goal appears to be to only go through as many applications as you can per day, and not the quality properly interviewing applicants. There was no communication between the loan officer and the applicant.
I mean anyone can send a application to underwriters....what exactly does the loan officer do to get paid a commission if they are not a good go between or negotiator for the applicant?
I was told by a rep of their company that they are better than commercial banks because there is less read tape, and that they had a way to work around those with student loans. The main office had or has no awareness of this. Some lenders will disregard your student loan debt if you have a repayment status of $0. Even when I providethe latest legislation regarding this. I guess they want to keeps people renting or homeless.
I gotta say I am very disappointed with this application process. It's like there in no awareness of different options, Research, communication, or critical thinking to ask questions regarding credit reports especially since everyone knows in the financial industry they are not always up-to-date or accurate. Or maybe we just do things differently in Florida.
