The Peckville branch was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a bank. I left with a migraine. The manager was rude and disrespectful to the point of raising her voice over a mistake she made in a transaction. I was there an hour.. way too long. The manager was unprofessional and downright mean.

This is hands down the worst of the Fidelity branches. The staff is either miserable or just doesn't communicate with you. If you want a migraine, this is the place for you. Have come here for years but you're better off going to basically ANY other branch.

I would give a 0 for stars. It's a shame that I had a check to cash from someone who has an account with this bank and because I don't they wanted to charge me a $5.00 cashing fee!! Ridiculous!! I drove to my bank instead

Not a very friendly staff and lobby used to be open until 6 pm on a Friday and now they close at 5 pm...what about the people that have to work until 5 pm on a Friday and have to do their banking inside???? Not convenient at all!!!!

Fast, courteous, professional, and efficient! They handle every transaction with care. They go above and beyond to really make you feel welcomed. They are especially wonderful for business banking! And they’ve made loan modification for us a breeze!
