Very clean and easy to find. Dhvani Patel went above and beyond with her customer service. She answered all my questions and provided me with useful information as well. I'm really happy to be banking with Inspire.

Everything seemed to be just right for me but i have switched banks in only 4 short months. My debit card was declined on two separate occasions with plenty of money in the account for use. The first time i was told a change needed to be made on my account and they apologized for the issue. The second time I was told it must have been the store i was at (even though another credit card went through fine) because they had no issues with the system. The 800# on the back of the card stated "our systems are experiencing errors.. etc" but yet they still did not take ownership of the problem. Shame, could have been a good place to bank.

Very unprofessional. Clerk that helped me was Royce McKelvey his rating alone was a negative 10. He was VERY unprofessional and didn’t let me talk and probably shouldn’t be working at a bank. Im switching banks today.

Can’t recommend Brian Phillips enough. I reached out to inspire because of an outrageous interest rate with Ford Credit. I was directed to Brian and he was able to get me a rate 4.5% lower than Ford offered. In addition to that, he helped me open a business account with Inspire since I was currently with Wells Fargo (they’re a nightmare). 2 months later, everything business related is easily accessible and everyone from bank tellers to Brian has been overly helpful throughout the process. 5/5, definitely reach out to Brian Phillips today about anything from switching banks to obtaining a loan
