The reason I bank with a tiny local bank is so I can deal with someone. None of your branches have phone numbers listed. Your automated system is impossible to deal with. Your rates currently suck when local competitors are shopped. You don't have more then several hundred dollars cash on hand for withdraw any time I've ever asked. You are under staffed. I'll be closing my three accounts and taking my funds to a real bank as soon as I can dedicate an afternoon to working around your availability.

I am here it is Saturday 11/12/22 I have been in line close to 30 min because there is only one teller on duty. I just wish the bank had proper staffing especially for a Saturday morning. The bank is well aware that Saturdays mornings are a peak time since most people off on Saturdays and the bank is only open for 3 hours on Saturday from 9 am thru 12 pm.

Branch is one of the best!! They are courteous and friendly and employees go out of their way to assist you. One in particular is Kristen who is extremely helpful and goes the extra mile to make sure that any issues you have are taken care of completely. She does not leave you hanging in the middle of an issue. She is extremely courteous when dealing with me or a family member. I appreciate this about her.

I decided to refinance my vehicle loan and made an appointment with people first.The representative gary mozer was more than nice. He was professional,curious,and very knowledgeable. Not only did he lower my rates but also got me money back from gap insurance I would of never known about.If you want someone to explain everything thoroughly and with understanding and can trust.

My husband and I just moved to PA, we inherited a bunch of money & started our own business. We thought we'd give a local bank a try...we walked in and were told to make an appointment....so we did. When we showed up for our appointment, we checked in electronically, waited in the lobby, had to check in again from a rude bank teller...then waited 20 minutes for one guy to come out and tell us we have to wait more. Rude. Pretentious. Poorly managed and NOT WORTH THE ENERGY!!!

Avoid using this bank's ATM. I had it glitch on me while making a deposit and lost the cash I put in. Came in the next day to file an ATM Transaction dispute form. They never followed up with me until I called the useless bank manager. Claimed to have done an audit on the ATM and said everything was ok. Luckily, my bank will do a more thorough investigation as I am not a member of this bank. I just use their ATM to deposit money into my bank. Also, they do not have a 24 hour line where u can talk to an actual person.
