Extremely rude, their atm was broken so my partner went inside for me to move money from my USAA account to my members first acount to pay my car payment, wouldn't let him, then wouldn't give him my ID or either of my bank cards back.

You can never get anyone on the phone from the branch you want to speak with. Not very member friendly. Should have a direct number Not just the 800 number that gets you nowhere. It's good to have the 800 number but a direct line is needed as well. I've been a member for a long time and I feel like they could care less if I was a member or not. They were great when they started now that they have gotten bigger they don't care.

It was morning when I arrived at the drive thu and afternoon when I drove off. Members 1st banks are the slowest in the nation. They haven't done anything for me since I've been a member. According to Members 1st my credit score is more than 100 points less than what it actually is. I had to join a new bank but still use this to pay a bill every month.

Nice bank, very friendly and helpful. Switched to them after my bank got bought out again. So far so good, got everything I needed on first trip in to open my accts. Nice that they do not charge a ton of fees like most banks now a days. Would recommend for sure.

NSF even when money is posted the same day as debits.
i've had money be taking out one minute prior to money going in and still get the NSF charge.. i'm closing this down soon

This male branch manager is polite, but I think this branch has some serious racial undertone issues. Mortgage officer said no
without particulars, and there's this one exceptionally rude CS rep who literally stares at me and turns red when I walk in. She is very nasty and seems buddy-buddy with the Branch manager,
(who ignores you if you're person of color). The only reason for 2 stars is the Male Manager and Angelie, who went above and beyond to assist me.

I give it 2 stars because I have been a member for over 10 years. What is up with all the security issues and the atm currently being down? Makes me wonder if my money is safe. May consider leaving this credit union.

I used to love banking with them. Really down hill quickly. Every time I go now it is a hassle. 20 minutes at the drive thru to cash 20 check when i was the only car in the lane.
