Although everyone is friendly at this branch, Making a deposit is painful! From the time a teller took my deposit until the transaction was done it was 19 minutes. This is not uncommon.

I deposited $1000 CASH into the ATM before noon on Thurs. I logged into my account on Fri & noted that they only credited me $250. I called the 1-800 & after being on hold for 30 mins I was told that they are a "small bank without automation" & therefore the funds needed to be manually counted & the rest of my funds wouldn't be available for 2 business days...or in my case, Monday! I understand this being the case for second party checks but cash???? Ridiculous!!!!

I am with Belco from last 14 years. All my personal, business, automobile accounts with Belco. The staff is very friendly. Most of them call with my name when I enter into their building. The service is awesome from the branch and customer care.

Recently used Belco's mortgage department to purchase our new home. Could have been more disappointed in their lack of professionalism. I highly suggest avoiding Belco if considering them for a mortgage. On their banking side however I have always been pleased with their service.

So far this branch in particular is the only bank I've ever visited that doesn't want you to give them your money. And I thought my current bank was the worst. I made an attempt to open an account with them and was basically told it was a bad time for them and could I come basically come back when it was more convenient FOR THEM? I said no I had to give up my lunch hour to be there to do business with them. They said sorry they couldn't help, so I left. I'm not sure they the management at this branch understands how banking works. It's a customer driven business dummies. Without people like myself doing business with you there's no reason for there to be a branch, which means there's no reason to over pay a manager that doesn't put the customer first. Also..Belco is not the only bank in the area. After I left your branch I called 2 other bank branches nearby and low and behold both of them were open and willing to do business with me. If for some reason you didn't manage your branch so there would be proper staff there at lunch time (by the way one of the most convenient times for most people to get their banking done) then you manager person step up and take care of it rather than sitting on your lazy butt in your cubicle messaging back and forth with the teller to tell them to tell me you aren't competent enough to know how to staff your branch and there's no one to help customers, nor are you customer service driven enough to help out the customer yourself, and if you aren't able to open a simple savings account in a pinch, WHY ARE YOU A MANAGER? So far you get the award for most disappointing bank branch. It's no wonder you have a 2.9 rating. 👎🏿👎🏿
