I have been banking here for over 30 yrs. They are a great bank. Tellers are very cordial and helpful. I pay no banking fees. They did stop sending out monthly statements a couple of yrs. ago which I didn't think I would like. But one of the tellers walked me through setting it up on my cell phone and I love it. I can still get a copy printed out whenever I need it. I love this bank.

Waited 10 min in the drive thru after I sent a deposit in the canister. No one greeted me or said, "I'll be right with you." Nothing but waiting...with no explanation of why it was taking so long. Multiple negative experiences have involved tellers who were not pleasant or conscientious. Very disappointed.

This bank offers great customer service. All of the tellers are considerate and attentive to detail. I just wish they would offer better interest rates. They've recently changed their checking accounts a bit so I no longer get fee free checking and they started charging to mail statements so now I have to have them emailed to me.

The drive thru service is awful. You have to wait in line for a very long time. So then you use the debit machine to make deposits and there's a line for that to or the machine is broken. Ever since the panfemic has started I hardly get to use the drive thru service and am forced to use the debit machine after work at midnight. Terrible service and northwest us closing places because we prefer this they stated.
