I received a text one evening that my debit card was compromised and was instructed to call to order a new card. By the time I called around 11am the next day, my card had already been ordered for me and was on its way to me. I have never had a bad interaction here. Outstanding customer service!

I have been a member of this credit union for over 30 years and have always gotten the highest quality service from each and every member of the staff. They know my situation, my family's situations and are top notch when it comes to answering our questions, giving information or advice. The service is second to none. I will always have my accounts through Spirit, their service is so much better than big banks.

Very quick and professional service with a smile. Parking lot looked almost full but I was in and out in under five minutes. Great credit union.

I don't understand for the life of me why spirit ATM isn't available until they open the credit union so why is there a thing to swipe your card to get into the vestibule but the ATM is down makes 0 sense
