My husband and I moved here 3 years ago and First Commonwealth was the bank recommended to us. We are happy we chose them. We have had no issues with them in the 3 years since. They are always so nice and helpful. The staff there is always so helpful with any questions we have and they really take their time with us to make sure we leave happy.

Very friendly and welcoming. Knowledgeable about all products available. Manager even came over and introduced himself and gave me his card. You don't get that kind of service much these days. If you are looking for a bank definitely check them out!!!

Unless you want random check holds and to go negative alot due to that & the service fee, change banks, oh and also being put on hold from 15-40 minutes, then calling back and getting a busy signal.

This the best bank I’ve had so far. I’ve been with first commonwealth for 5 years now. Customer service is always great. I highly recommend them for any financial services including loans. Thank you First Commonwealth for being awesome.

The staff is wonderful. Always make you feel welcome and willing to help with your banking needs. Have yet to not be greeted with a smile and eagerness to serve you. Very happy to be a customer at First Commonwealth.

Gave 1 star because zero stars was not an option! I called 10/3 to see when the check would be mailed for my account that was reaching maturity. I was told they would be mailed out that week. Ok cool! I then call on 10/19, 10/23 and twice on 10/24 trying to see when it's coming. I never reached a person, stuck on hold for up to 12 minutes before I gave up. I went to the office today, spent over an hour waiting, only to be told the check was cut on 9/1 and they are unable to open a claim or stop payment on the check until 90 DAYS OUT!! Their excuse was "check with the post office, they must have lost it." Why did you not send it certified or even with tracking? It's not that expensive. So now, I am currently out a substantial amount of money, that was earmarked for a specific bill, which will now be late and have additional fees assessed, because of the incompetence of this location.

People there are so kind and friendly, I think it's just great that you can deal with banking needs in person,and the facility is a warm and comfortable place to use,I was treated with a wonderful knowledgeable person,and was in and out.great place,ron
