Dollar bank is not what it once was. The customer service went down hill, if you have a business account you have to talk to the business employees which are pretty much useless and really don't care about your needs, your lucky if they even return your emails. There is no follow up at all. I have a business and personal account here and I am seriously thinking about switching to another bank for both. Not sure what has happened to this bank, I think it's because there employees at least some are working at home and just not doing there jobs at all. And the bank is letting them get away with it. I have no choice but to call the number for business and I get someone from the Pittsburgh location which is bad because they are the worst, they pretty much let the employees run the place. Sometimes when I call the number I hear kids crying in the background it's ridiculous. Then they tell me to hold on while they go tend to there crying kids, or finish there workout, or finish there yard work. This is why the world is so messed up. What happened to the days where you had to show up at the office on TIME every day, and actually do your job for the full 8 hours?

I'd really like to give them a better rating.. but it's hard to do at this point.
I will say I havent ever had an issue with the staff being rude or anything of the sort.
What I do have an issue with is.. I keep getting sent cards that the chip doesn't work. Additionally, the entire top plastic coating peels off very quickly. It's very simple to get a new card... at $6 a piece. Why do I have to keep paying for cards that stop working or literally fall apart in such short times? It's getting to be frustrating.

I started an account here when I moved to Pittsburgh back in 2014 I've been a long-standing member of this bank prior to this I've never had such s***** customer service recently I've been harassed by the bank manager to close an account that I've been keeping open due to a secure credit card she took it upon herself to close the account herself by cashing it out and then sending me none of the money that was in it with no retribution to the bank they will do anything to screw you over they sure do more for themselves

As of now, this location doesn’t deserve any stars. Apparently you’re only important as a customer if you’re in their lobby. They don’t help if you call in.
