The three obligations the Dealer agreed to before purchasing the vehicle are as follows, 1) Front end shakes when you apply brakes, 2) Rear bumper doesn't match (paint off), 3 intermittent wipers don't work. The first 2 dealership obligations were completed in a timely manner but the third obligation (wiper blades computerized component) not fixed after 10 months of the purchased vehicle on 4/15/2021.I personally have emailed, called, and have personally gone to the dealership to have it fixed. I was told that the dealership would setup another appointment to have it replaced. The 1st visit to team nissan, I turned the vehicle into the nissan dealership to have all three IOU (I OWE YOU) SIGNED contract to be completed. The 1st, and 2nd issu was rectified, but the 3rd IOU was not completed. I was personally explained how the wipers work on a 2018 nissan armada Platinum addition, and told me that it was my incompetence to have the knowledge on how the computerized wipers work. The Service Manager explained the details that it had to be raining for the wipers to work since there is a censor that recognizes the rain on the windshield. I agreed that it maybe my unfamiliar knowledge of how the wipers operate and he agreed not to close out the service ticket on the vehicle until I have been satisfied with the service department completing the 3 IOU signed contracts. Within 2 days it rained as I was traveling 180 miles to work, it was at this time my wipers did not work as it was supposed as agreed when purchasing the vehicle. The time frame for these incidents are from April 2021, through February 2022 with no call back, no appointments, will not return phone calls, and I even went to the dealership to find out if they are going to fulfill their obligation on the contract that was signed by the team nissan Management. If I'm correct on how I'm understanding the NJ State Lemon law/warranty GM FINANCIAL has repossessed the vehicle and here is the email I have sent team nissan and GM Financial. As in for NJ consumer information and NJ State law, Team Nissan and GM Financial Ameria Credit Financial are in violation of NJ State law and Federal law pertaining to the contract not being fulfilled in a timely manner. When GM Financial hired the company to repossess our vehicle, the repo employee ripped 1 Comcast digital security camera off the front door, then used a lazer to disable the physical camera on the side of our home, as to the lazer burning the highly sophisticated technology and lens on our 3 camera Xfinity security system it is now inoperable permanently. Our security system is a $800.00 dollar system. I refuse to fulfill my obligations of payments until this is rectified, in the meantime the vehicle has been repossessed within only 63 days late due to team nissan not fulfilling their requirements on the contract signed by management at team nissan. The vehicle needs to be repaired as promised in the documents team nissan signed, team nissan and GM Financial is responsible for all expenses to retrieve the vehicle, any other expenses incurred during and thereafter the 3rd party repossession company Advanced Financial Services LLC repossessed the vehicle on 02/08/2022, excluding the 62 days of pass due payments.Due to the vehicle being repossessed, I will have no other course but to initiate legal action. Filing a lawsuit will be the next course of action if these issues can not be resolved. The wipers substantially impair the use, value or safety of my vehicle, or the defect is one that is likely to cause death or serious bodily injury if the vehicle is driven, I am hereby allowing all party's one final opportunity To repair the vehicle, retrieve from AFS LLC, and have all expenses paid for what party's are asking for.if these repairs are not completed within 10 calendar days of receipt of this letter, I may be entitled to a refund, calculated in accordance with the New Jersey Lemon Law. I look forward to hearing from all party's soon.
