Always a pleasure visiting the Valley Road Branch. Now a days, its seems like everything is done online, but it's hard for a website and a form to understand what your trying to accomplish. The staff at the Valley Road Branch, takes the time to understand your goals, and present and explain the available financial products that you can choose from. This is my favorite branch in Members 1st's network. I often stop at his branch to deposit checks or resolve any issues I have with my accounts. Like other branches within Member 1st, the staff here are well trained, efficient and friendly.

This place is so much on fraud...in 3 years I replaced my card well over 10 times..need a whole new account new email new password and every time have to buy new checks and change everything that automatically pays out of the account....never fraud just Members 1st thinking it is...pay Amazon prime for 5 months the 6th month its flagged as fraud!!! Payed auto insurance for over a year then one day it's fraud!!!!!

This is an authentic and truly member based business.I have never been more impressed with an organization in all my 59 years. I am sad to report this place has since fallen into decline.firstly they gave someone in Bethlehem Pennsylvania 6000 dollars from my primary account and 2000 dollars from my other account. Someone apparently stole my information on the dark web and impersonated to steal out of my account
Yes really! I discovered this 3 hours after the last branch closed on a Saturday. No fraud line or anyone to complain,until Monday morning.I
Filed a police report and they returned the funds back to my account. Lobbies are uncomfortable and usually a 10 minute wait at the Simpson Ferry Branch.

Get out of this Member 1st Credit Union as soon as you can. I have a debit card and credit card I can't used they declined my debit card every time, in a store, everywhere. I have money. I'm tired of this people I went 3 weeks in a row they gave me a new card that don't work the same day or the next day. They always said "call the # behind your card and change your pin number" liers. Every time is the same. This people should compensate me for every embarrassment I passed every time I try and tried to use my card in a store, but anyway I don't really want any compensation for that. You Member 1st Credit Union are TRASH. I will withdraw my money and suggest every person I can to not open an account with you Is not funny what you do it to me, with the people. To all of you who read this feedback, my feedback CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT before they keep or stole your money. Don't lost your time calling Customer Service they don't help you, and the CHAT online doesn't help you either. Waste of time. Thank's for nothing.
