Poor customer service. Tried to pay off a loan and they play games. Ask for the total pay off over the phone. Say my wife will be in later that day or tomorrow. Say pay off will increase by X amount if tomorrow...no problem wife packs the kids up to go pay off loan with given balance. They say that it's incorrect number only off by a dollar or so but won't tell her the exact to pay it off..stay away from this place

Very poor customer service. Had my VA and my SSI direct deposit going there and couldn't get away from them fast enough. I hope nasty teller loses her job from being crabby. She is just horrible. If I could give them a zero stars I would. Thank God I found out how they where before I started my business account there.

Worst bank ever. The benefits are NOT worth it. Terrible customer service. And, the hours are HORRID for people work anytime from 9-5. Terrible place, terrible service, do not recommend

DO NOT BANK HERE. I really wish I could give less than 1-star. The “benefits” of banking with a credit union are 10000% not worth it. This is the absolute worst place I have ever been to. Words can’t even begin to describe how horrible their customer service is. Every visit, I’m treated with zero respect/courtesy. No one wants to help me. They look bothered when they see CUSTOMERS waiting in the lobby. We are not customers to them, we’re just a bothersome. For example, there are signs posted on the counter that say they can provide money orders, when I asked for one, I was told they don’t. So, I pressed and it turns out they DO, but it’s just a pain for them. I was lied to because they are too lazy to perform their JOB. That’s only scratching the surface! I need statements from them because I’m in the process of buying a home. Despite calling ahead of time, utilizing their terrible new online banking system, and speaking with three different tellers, no one can seem to help me get a statement for May 2019 because they updated their system in June. WHAT BANK DOESN’T KEEP THEIR RECORDS?! As soon as I possibly can, I am closing this account.

Customer service is terrible, they treat you like you have no clue what you're talking about. One lady in particular normally at the drive thru is a complete jerk. rude as all get out. Their online banking is never updated and their hours are terrible. The only good this is their loan rates other than that they get a 1 star from me..

We went here to try to get a loan and the guy was extremely rude and acted like we were stupid. We have never gotten a loan before so we were trying to get ideas of what to do. No help at all and horrible costumer service

I had an account there. I closed it because the tellers were so unfriendly and bothered by my presence during just about every transaction.
