We opened this account because my husband and I decided it was time for a credit union. They have been so nice to us and so helpful. We are very happy so far with the services. The only thing that confused me was that we were supposed to get a $225 bonus if we exceeded a certain deposit amount, which we exceeded, but we never received that reward that had been promised to us at the time of opening the accounts because we used the online feature to open our accounts due to our busy schedules. Anyway other than that the general staff in the Erie area a pretty great. Oh and please make tappable debit cards!!!!! Or at least optional?

First time taking any auto loan through a bank. Thank god we got Courtney from west 26 street to help us. She was Awsome. She explain everything and so nice we understood everything. Process went so nice. Then after we completed the loan we decided to refinance our other vehicle. Courtney is a jewl for widget. We r so happy and pleased with her service and help. I recommend her with above five stars. Thank you for all you did for us

I have been a long term customer at Widget and have always had fantastic experiences. At every stage of my life, from high school to now adulthood, Widget has met my needs and exceeded my expectations. Their staff is friendly, helpful, and incredibly efficient. Their online app is easy to use and straightforward. I have a number of different accounts with Widget and I am extremely happy with all of them. From high yield checking to refinancing an auto loan, Widgets rates are the lowest and most competitive around. 10/10 would recommend Widget Financial to anyone I meet. I just recently left Widget after sitting at the drive thru for about 30 minutes. The staff apologized for my 15 minute wait. I said no problem, me thinking maybe the person in front of me asked for multiple requests. I send my deposit up and wait... for about 25 min. I call and the woman says, sorry about the wait our system is running very slow. It's understandable, but to be courteous, I should of been informed that your system is having issues before I started the deposit process. I asked for my money back which she did send and apologized again.

Christine Langer was very helpful to me at a time I was really upset about losing my wallet and the thief brought it there, but took my money and social security card. Christine calmed me and got me a new card. Thank you Christine. Kathy

It’s the little things that make credit unions far superior to banks. Carlo at the West 26th street location was a solid reminder today of why I choose to bank with Widget. Stellar service, extremely knowledgeable, and insightful to the customers need even beyond what they asked for. All three interactions were consistent, which is an attestation to his character. Thank you, Carlo. If you’re on the look out for a bank, pick a credit union, you won’t regret it.
