Tried to work with this credit union to take care of my deceased mother’s auto loan. Not only were the customer service reps rude, but I had to drive over an hour to a branch just to be told they would repo the car! SO glad I don’t do my banking here!

I changed to First Commonwealth Federal Credit Union about a year ago. Recently, I had a concern regarding an issue. I easily scheduled an appointment. The agent actually listened to my concerns! She provided me with several options and explained each one, advantages and disadvantages. I felt comfortable n my decisions. This is a financial business that has the client’s interest first.

this is the worst bank, EVER. they constantly take ur money out with no explanation, and also take super long after doing so. overall, just go to a different bank. this place is not worth the hassle.

Trying to take care of my deceased father's automobile loan and have got nothing but a run around. Been going on since Monday so giving the benefit of the doubt and yes I have a death certificate. Feeling at a loss and really disappointed.

Responsible Bank!!, greatly helped my small business during the pandemic with both rounds of PPP funding. More importantly, Managers immediately respond to emails. The network of local branches strategically through out the Lehigh Valley provides a great support to members and small businesses. Keep Up the Good Job!

I had some business recently which required the help of a teller inside. There was one person ahead of me already being helped.
Despite what seemed to be 3 people working, 2 were busy screwing around with some kind of cash counting machine, and I had to wait about 10 minutes for the 1 working teller to be free.
Seems like they could have stopped what they were doing to take care of customers, but what do I know…
