I opened an account at this branch after receiving a promotional offer in the mail. I met all of the requirements, made all of the deposits but never received my incentive. I've made many calls to this branch, to the 800 number to their corporate office. Everyone agrees I met all of the criteria... This branch refuses to credit my account. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. DOES NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS. BAIT AND SWITCH!!!!!

I have never seen such stone faces. The tellers do not smile. They say only what they have to. They seem miserable, almost like you are imposing on them. The teller I had today told me that as a rule they do not except change. I had three dollars in quarters, two dollars in dimes and sixty five cents in nickels and five pennies. That was apparently to much change to add in with my deposit. I told the girl that it was not enough money to roll. I was depositing for my company and had to deposit everything. The teller put her hand to her mouth two times covering it and whispering to the other teller! Who dose that!!!

Contrary To The Pleasant Hills Location, This Location Was Top Notch. I Never Had Any Problems. I Always Found The Staff To Be Very Professional, And Kind. At Times The Speed Of Service Was In The Tank, But This Branch Is Very Small, And Easily Has Half The Staff That The Pleasant Hills Branch Does. So Slow Speed Of Service Is To Be Expected At Times. I Would Have Stayed With Key Bank in Light Of My Bad Experiences At The Pleasant Hills Branch, But This Location Was Simply Not As Easy To Get To As The Pleasant Hills Branch. Overall I Would Highly Recommend This Location! I Also Would Suggest That You See Brian R. For A New Account, Investments, Or Other Financial Related Accounts! Brian Provided Excellent "No Pressure" Service For Me, And He Will Do The Same For You!!
