I deposited a $150k check, they said it would take 6-8 weeks. 3 weeks later they called me back and had me come back in to sign the back of it and said it would be another 6-8 weeks. Meantime I'm living paycheck to paycheck, occasionally hitting the negatives and getting hit with $37 fees over and over. Applied for a $5k loan to stem the bleeding from fees and was denied. Now up to $481 in fees because of their slow service and refusal to give me a loan they know I could pay back. As soon as they stop dragging their feet and get my money in my account I'll be closing it and switching banks. Worst customer service I've ever had with a bank.

This review is on Jackson Hewitt in Dover (not Members 1st.)....have been doing our taxes for years. It's very convenient they keep everything neat in a portfolio for you to keep your records in order. And lately we've been having the same person prepare our taxes which is nice cause they remember you. The only downfall is that they are very pricey. Our taxes aren't difficult to do at all we just trust their professionalism but could save hundreds by doing it ourselves.

albert is so mean, i tried calling so that i could change my pin and he said he can’t do anything about it and the automated thing won’t let me change my pin because “allowable” attempts were over used and i tried explaining that to albert and he was being very rude and i do not appreciate that, i will be switching banks if this is how you treat your customers.
