I will never do business with this bank and I will tell everyone I know not to use this bank. I work right down the road and needed change for my job. My personal bank does not have a local location. The rude teller would not give me change because I do not have an account with them. A different teller gave me change last week. So maybe you should provide better training on "bank policy" to your employee's. Instead of using this as an opportunity to gain a customer, you lost a potentional customer. Poor business ethnics. People go to banks to exchange money. That is what banks do. Every time I drive by this bank (6 times a day) the parking lot is completely empty. Now I know why. Rude tellers and horrible policies.

This is the worst bank to have a account with I ended up with a $5.00 maintenance fee that supposedly had been in effect for 2 yrs now im minuses of 25 cents not to mention that they allowed some fraudulent place over draft my account I was in the _ of 195.00 after the fraudulent place took 300.00 out of my account if you don't want your money taken don't deal with fncb its a joke

This is the worst bank I've ever had an account with. The miserable old hags here RREFUED to cash a check of mine, even though I had 2 IDS --one of which was a passport, which they accused of being 'fake' & 'not me'. They discriminated against me because of my age. I had MORE THAN ENOUGH in my acct. to cash out my check and cover what it was for but they "made me" deposit my check because they thought my IDS didn't look like me.
This is THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL experience I've ever had at a bank. They literally kept me from accessing my own money.
Do NOT bank here!!!!!
I highly recommend closing your account and finding another bank.

I met with Christina this past week and opened a business account. Christina was knowledgeable, personable, and confident. She is truly an asset to the FNCB family and I believe that she would deliver this same great service to all she meets, because she is a banking business professional!
