This morning I received a call from the fraud department because I had placed some online orders last night. 3 were quite close together so it triggered them to act.
We were able to go over my transactions and confirm they weren’t fraud. I am personally very happy they do this as I have had fraud on my debit card at a previous institution that wasn’t as savvy.
If you want great service and a group of folks that actually care about you and your money I’d recommend you give them a call.

Let me say I have been with this credit union for many years. I have had the outmost respect for those who have worked with me and never had an issue until today! This has been the worst experience in the past 30+years as a member of the credit union! I had fraudulent activity on my card and because I know the person doesn’t mean they had permission to use my account which is why I took the steps I needed to to fight it! However the case is still open at first the credit union credited my account, then today called to tell me they were taking their money back and treated me like I am in the wrong or was at fault for this person using my information! I have never been made to feel like I was doing something wrong in a situation like this! They went from having my respect to making me feel ashamed to even go to the bank! If I was able to I would leave a 0 star review!! 30+ years you obviously don’t care about your members!

I have been a member here for many years! The weird thing is, I have also moved a ton and been out of state alot of the time. Everyone at this location has been amazing. Toni and Amanda have always treated me like family. If you are thinking about setting up an account you should!

Over the many years I've been a member, I have always found the staff to be prompt and courteous. The Loan Department, in particular, has always gone the extra mile to make sure the process was smooth and timely.

Pretty horrible every time I go. They got rid of the ATM (which makes no sense whatsoever). The coin machine is also always broken. The last 4 times I went in, it was broken. When I asked a teller to count it for me, she acted like it wasn't her problem. Really? It is not my fault the coin machine isn't working literally every time I go. Your job as a bank is to count my money. I just wanted to trade my change in. It seems like I have an experience like this every time I go. I will be closing my account very shortly and switching to a bank that actually values my business.

Online banking with this bank is one of the most archaic experiences ever. The security questions are dumb things like “what’s your favorite food”…which idk about you, but that changes monthly. Security questions should be factual. I was told to reset my password and finally found the link to reset it, now that i’ve reset it, i keep getting the favorite food security question. I made this bank account 9 years ago…I don’t remember what I put - but I can’t change it since I’m locked out of my account from too many attempts. Or so I assume. Now it just tells me log in failed everytime I try. Extremely frustrating when just logging in to your bank account is a battle with poor app/website management.
