A literal joke. I was with the bank for two and a half years. When covid began I lost my job and had to fight for 3 months with the government for my unemployment. During that time I had little to no income, recently I got approved for the unemployment which was going to be enough to get back on track and prepare for my coming kid. The day come to get the unemployment and they closed my account without hesitation, no matter how hard i tried to plea with them, so now I'm still stuck in a rut due to having to wait on a paper check.

Tellers at this location are super nice and willing to explain things or find the answer. It might take them a moment to get in touch with the right person but they will get you the answers and service you need.
The bank overall could use some updates with the card and website/app.
