I am not a member of this bank but i needed to break a hundred dollar bill. I walk using a walker and I walked through their front door and must say that their front door is handicap friendly ; kudos for them! Also I was greeted by a clerk with a hi there and a big smile. I always enjoy being greeted right away because it makes me feel as if i matter!
There was no line which was nice because i was in a hurry. I walked up to the first counter. And asked if she would break a hundred dollar bill. She asked if i was a member of there bank? I said no and the lady said its ok we are not busy and I'll do it for you. She counted out my change and i thanked her and wished her a good rest of her day. She said thank you and wished me a good day s also.

I have banked with the Yamhill branch for many years and I must say they are amazing. They were such a huge help with my first home purchase. Their staff goes above and beyond. I couldn't be happier with them :)

Very friendly staff struggling with a horrid system. Expect long waits, not in lines, but as the tellers try and do anything outside of a deposit.

I started an account with Umpqua Bank at the beginning of the year in early January 2023, I was excited to have a local credit union in my area. They said they were sending my debit card in the mail to my PO box. It's now the beginning of March and I still have not received the card. I went to the bank and asked them to send me another card at the beginning of February... they send me spam letters in the mail but I still haven't received my debit card. Yet they will charge me a service fee every month.... the people in the branch are very nice and have said the debit card is in the mail but this is ridiculous... I work full time I can't go into your bank when the houses are 10-4pm.... figure it out this is extremely inconvenient!
